The chair is very comfy and I really like it but the pneumatic cylinder will not raise up and down. I’ve tried reaching out to customer support and all I’ve received back is some phone pics of the instruction manual that it came with.

Everything about the product is great other than the instructions being more or less ikea level instructions and not explaining how to use everything on the chair. Could just be me being dumb. Either way, overall amazing chair.

I like the reclining and overall the chair is comfortable, but feel like the chair isn't for a grown man the sides that raise up are hard and I can't fit in the chair without resting on the sides to some degree.
